Lincoln Flextec 650X Features

CrossLinc® Technology

The Lincoln Flextec 650X is compatible with most Lincoln Electric feeders, and this welding machine allows operators full control and functionality at the arc to improve weld quality.

Ultimately, this increases arc time thanks to the remote procedure, meaning fewer trips are required to the power source to adjust settings. Fewer cables mean less jobsite clutter, and therefore, the CrossLinc® Technology improves the safety of welders.

Flexible

The Lincoln Flextec 650X provides users with ultimate flexibility as it is compatible with various, in fact, most, Lincoln Electric® feeders. These feeders include the portable across-the-arc models, the common bench and boom models, and the CrossLinc™ or ArcLink®-equipped models.

The Lincoln Flextec 650X is the supreme machine for stick welding on thicker materials or large-diameter wire. It also has premium multi-process arc characteristics on all the DC wire, stick and TIG processes. Talk about flexibility!

Simple

The Lincoln Flextec 650X aims at making welding as seamless as possible thanks, which is made possible with its wide range of available 3-phase input power. Its fast arc response means users get a smooth arc action and consistent bead appearance.

The user weld schedule memory storage allows you to easily recall your pivotal and often most repeated weld procedures with the applicable feeders. However, this feature is only available with Flex Feed® 84 and Power Feed® wire feeders. Another outstanding feature that makes the Lincoln Flextec 650X so simple to use is the Synergic control with Power Feed wire feeders.

Reliable

The Lincoln Flextec 650X aims to provide users with reliability that goes beyond the bounds of the average welding machines. This machine has components that are designed to run cool even in harsh, high temperature environments of put to 55°C and are Desert Duty® Rated.
