Equipment Compliance
Renteca only supplies equipment from leading manufactures who manufacture to the requirements of ISO 9001 such as Lincoln, Miller, Pramac, Generac and Denyo. Our equipment line up is CE and C tick certified. Our mine spec equipment is modified to comply with BMA and other specific site requirements where necessary. Renteca is a licenced electrical contractor and employ’s electricians with extensive OEM training. Our inspection regime’s have been developed over several years and our technical skills regularly updated with OEM provided training courses.
Mine Site and Site Specific Compliance
Our rental assets are modified to comply with MDG-15 where required and we are also able to provide equipment complying with MDG-29 for underground use. Other site-specific modifications are provided on request in order to conform to differing local site requirements.
Quality Management System
Our quality management system has been developed to conform to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 including continuous improvement. We are committed to an injury free workplace which is supported by our safety policies, processes and visible safety leadership from Senior management. Our quality control processes include product specific work instructions, electronic test sheets and online service database.
Personnel Compliance
Renteca use a competency assessment process for our service personal. Training and specific competencies are documented in our competency matrix. Our technical staff receive regular external manufacture training and internal development which covers all equipment in our range.
Third Party Quality Certification
Renteca is committed to continuously improving and to customer satisfaction. Our quality management systems have been third party audited and conform to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
