We are pleased to announce that Renteca Pty Ltd (T/A Renteca) has executed a purchase agreement for the business of Spectrom Pty Ltd.
This transaction is scheduled to complete on the 1st of November 2022 after which Spectrom will be a Renteca operated business.
Spectrom is a well-established company servicing the mining and construction industries in New South Wales operating for 25 years. Renteca has a national footprint and is an industry leader in providing fully engineered shutdown and project solutions throughout the trans-Tasman.
The Spectrom acquisition will strengthen Renteca’s service support for our customers in New South Wales and enable the delivery of our full range of industrial services to the region.
